  1. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on custom controllers.

  2. Troubleshooting Support: If you encounter any issues with your controller, please reach out to our customer support team. We are here to assist you and will work to resolve any problems through troubleshooting.

  3. Return Window: Returns are only accepted within the first week (7 days) of receiving your controller. If you wish to return your controller, please contact us within this timeframe.

  4. Post-Return Period: After the first week of receipt, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

  5. Condition of Returned Controllers: If a return is approved within the specified timeframe, the controller must be in its original condition, free from damage and signs of wear.
